Application

The industrial production of aluminum lanthanum master alloy mainly adopts the fusion method to prepare the master alloy with low lanthanum content, in which the metal lanthanum is added directly to prepare the master alloy, but the rare earth is easy to occur peritectic reaction in the aluminum liquid, resulting in inclusions, which makes the rare earth burn out greatly, and the alloy composition is very uneven. Due to the high melting point of rare earth, the preparation process is complex and the production cost is high.

It can fill the surface defects of aluminum alloy phase, hinder the growth of grains, refine grains and purify impurities, refine aluminum alloy grains to improve aluminum alloy forming and ductility.
